Crafted from overripe grapes of the native Centesimino variety, this red passito wine displays an intense ruby-red color and aromas of violets, roses, sour cherries, with notes of vanilla and chocolate. Its velvety, persistent structure makes it ideal when paired with desserts, with ‘Cuor di Viola’ pralines, and with blue cheeses.
