Shipments are usually processed within 48 business hours after receiving the order. Delivery is expected within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the courier, the destination (islands usually require longer times), and the purchasing period (delays may occur during the Christmas season). Only during the summer period, to prevent products from staying in warm courier depots, shipments of chocolates are suspended.
